The Wellness Habitat Co and Porsche Design Tower
On the heels of one of the most successful launches ever for a luxury residential real estate condominium, The Wellness Habitat Company is proud to announce that it has been selected to provide enhanced wellness offerings at Porsche Design Tower.
Located in Sunny Isles and developed by Gil Dezer, Porsche Design Tower is recognized for its patented ‘Dezervator,’ which privately transports owner and driver to their private sky garage. The 56-story tower is among the world’s most recognized and acclaimed luxury condominium residences.
The state-of-the-art, customizable solutions that are now installed in the Porsche Design Tower model unit include more than 20 specified wellness features, such as a circadian lighting system, probiotic diffusion, an indoor hydroponic garden, an infrared sauna, and an o-zone vegetable detox machine that infuses oxygen into vegetables allowing them to retain minerals after being washed.
Purchasers at Porsche Design Tower units will have the opportunity of augmenting the wellness component of their sky-residence through offerings by The Wellness Habitat Company.
Founded by real estate industry veterans Robert Thorne and Perla Machaen, The Wellness Habitat Company is South Florida’s first wellness real estate company specializing in developing and transforming indoor living spaces into healthy habitats.
“We are honored to have been selected to offer our products and services to the buyers at Porsche Design Tower,” says Robert Thorne, CEO, The Wellness Habitat Company. “The individuals who are purchasing at such a globally-acclaimed condominium residence fully appreciate that increasing one’s long-term health and wellbeing is of paramount importance.”
Applicable and customizable to residential as well as commercial entities such as offices, businesses, hospitals and hotels, The Wellness Habit Company applies the latest in wellness innovation and technology to transform living and working environments into a place that affords a broad range of health and lifestyle benefits to positively impact overall health.
“We spend 90 percent of our time in our own homes or businesses, where elements from floor to ceiling can have adverse effects on mental and physical wellbeing,” adds Thorne. “In a cost-effective manner, we provide products and solutions tested by researchers, doctors and health professionals that are independently evaluated by The Wellness Habitat Company’s expert consultants and engineers in order to develop completely personalized solutions.”
